How pickup works
- 1. Preorder and pay online. Orders for a service day close two hours before that day’s first scheduled ship arrival.
- 2. Walk out through the passenger exit. Your bag is packed under your name and loaded on a marked ConchPass van.
- 3. Show your code. Scan-and-go handoff at the van, parked with permission on the public road.

We have not timed the walk from the passenger exit to the van ourselves, so we are not going to guess at it. The measured range goes here once a GTS tester has walked it — on an ordinary day, on the accessible route, and on a three-ship day.

What we will not pretend
- Celebration Key already sells over-the-counter medication and personal-care items on site, and lockers there include charging. We are not the only way to get those.
- We do not list food, drinks, or floats for this destination. Whether a passenger may carry those back through security is not something we have confirmed in writing, so we do not sell them.
- Bring the towel from your stateroom. Carnival provides one, and buying a second is a waste of your money.
